Welcome to Rinehart Taxidermy Institute, Inc.
In 1975 I started the first state licensed taxidermy school. My school was based
on the techniques that I used in my professional taxidermy studio. The taxidermy
techniques I used in my studio had three primary goals, be efficient, profitable,
and most importantly to perform high quality taxidermy.
In my studio, I developed efficient techniques to shorten the time I needed to mount
animals. My efficiency automatically made my taxidermy business profitable by cutting
labor costs. However, the most important goal was high quality professional taxidermy
for my customers.
These three goals have been incorporated into my taxidermy school:
1. Efficient Facility/Program - Step-by-step instruction in each technique of taxidermy.
The student then goes to his workbench and performs each step under supervision
of the class instructor.
